Give her a try! Deborah’s workouts allow you to go at your own pace and can be layered to meet your needs and your level.
If you are looking for a variety of workouts (high and low impact) that will push you out of your comfort zone, I recommend that you try Deborah. The cost for the virtual package is very reasonable and she posts the workouts early in the morning so you can work out when your schedule allows.
I work out 5-7 days a week and what I like most about Deborah’s classes are that throughout the week she hits all the muscle groups!
